His leadership roles at two of the world's most demanding retailers gave him unique insight into why companies consistently leave money on the table: they rely on rear-view data analysis and outdated competitive information rather than understanding what customers are truly willing to pay.

At Amazon EU and Walmart, Philip saw how the right pricing and positioning strategy could transform market performance. He also witnessed how traditional market research failed to deliver actionable insights at the speed of modern business. This experience shaped BrandAgent's relentless focus on delivering precise, real-time customer intelligence that drives immediate revenue impact.

RALPH FASCITELLI

 

Ralph's journey from P&G brand management to successful agency founder gives him a unique perspective on what drives market success. As a marketing director at H.J. Heinz and vice president at global advertising leader WPP, he learned firsthand the critical importance of aligning brand messaging with customer reality.

His entrepreneurial success came from putting these lessons into practice. As founder and CEO of Imagio, he built and sold an agency serving technology leaders including Microsoft, CVS, Bank of America, Nautilus, Nvidia and DocuSign. This experience on both sides of the table - from global brand leadership to entrepreneurial success - shaped BrandAgent's focus on delivering immediately actionable insights that drive real business results.
